Ivana has been working in the Environment and Planning practice since January 2022 and was admitted as a legal practitioner in December 2020.

While specialising in planning and environment law, Ivana has been involved in predominantly Class 1 matters before the Land and Environment Court both as on behalf of Council and Applicants, whilst assisting senior practitioners in Class 3 and 4 proceedings and Local Court pollution offences. Outside of Court work Ivana has also assisted with advice work on a range of planning and environment issues, assisted with property sales, including a multi-level commercial strata and associated advice, handling easement negotiations and responding to Land Registry Services requisitions.
